For the love of all things android puuuuhhhhlease do not touch this half-assed INCORRECT tutorial!!! You can find updated/current and ACCURATE tutorial on for those of you that are having problems, it is because this file is what’s called an ruu. You place it on your sd card (not in any folder), charge your phone completely, and then reboot your phone by pulling out the battery (this allows your rezound to fully shut off), replace the battery and press the power button while holding the **vol down** button. From there the phone will boot into hboot (bootloader) and will continue updating your system on its own. After you start hboot, set your device down and DO NOT TOUCH IT UNTIL YOU SEE ANDROID BOOT INTO YOUR NEW VERSION. If you follow my instructions you will have around a 90% greater chance of upgrading your smart phone rather then unintentionally repurposing it as the worlds first 650 dollar paperweight
