This update is dubbed as FC 17 update and also removes all the bloat ware such as Maps, Spectrum, Water, waveform live wallpapers along with the magic app. Also, the best part of this update is that it fixes all the security related issues and also fixes most of the bugs which are there currently. Please note that this is the OTA update which has been released but just in case if you are on the beta firmware or say on the custom ROM firmware, you can easily apply this update manually.

- After applying the update, the data won’t be wiped off completely until and unless you clear or wipe the data from the recovery mode. - Minimum charge left in the device should be at least 60% so as to ensure that device doesn’t get turned Off in the middle of firmware update.
- Enable the USB Debugging in your Samsung Conquer 4G from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”. The USB Debugging option should be ticked as shown in the below screen capture.
