Its like you read my thoughts! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the ebook in it or something. I think that you simply could do with some p.c. to pressure the message house a little bit, however other than that, that is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.

I have no progress on the 2.3.4 to 2.3.5 update. The OTA has been out for several weeks, but my phone does not get it for some reason. I guess we’ll have to wait on the 2.3.5 OTA (if that ever happens). I could probably bounce my phone back to FROYO, but it was so flakey back then I’ll just stay on 2.3.4 until the OTA. If anyone knows how to go from 2.3.4 to 2.3.5, please let me know.

you need to manually update! you cant do by an OTA again

      December 3, 2011 at 5:06 am

If you want to go to 2.3.5 from 2.3.4, you’ll have to go back to the stocked froyo version 2.2.1 (yuck) first. Once it goes stock, it starts to do the OTA 2.3.5 gingerbread right away (yea).

Follow the instructions here and you’ll be set!

Justin is correct, this procedure does not work to go from 2.3.4 to 2.3.5. I’m researching same problem. If I find answer I will post.

This procedure seems to expect your phone to be on 2.2.1 FROYO EC05. At least thats the error my 2.3.4 phone reports when I run this procedure.

I did. the update is from EC05(2.2) to EI22 and not EH06(2.3.4) to EI22 so its not working. Is there a way for me to get back to EC05 from EH06 so I can update to EI22?
