How To Update Samsung Galaxy mini S5570 with Gingerbread 2.3.5 Firmware

I installed the 2.3.6 update OTA (from 2.3.4 -> 2.3.5 -> 2.3.6) but the WiFi kept shuttiing down I tried many workarounds but not a single one worked.
The only 2 things I didn’t tried were: 1. Flushing the cache (before) (after) the update. 2. Trying another router (since same problem is reported with the router I use, Belkin)
I don’t regret going back to 2.3.4 since the battery ran out a lot faster on 2.3.6 because of somewhat faster processing.
BTW, the update I did OTA was also available trough Kies. Mine is a Galaxy Mini S5570L (Movistar Panama)
it has some issues in dynamic ip!
Maybe I’ll try that but I’m not that eager into it because I usually connect to different routers in different places and that will keep me switching the settings a lot. Besides the only two things I enjoy in this new version are the increased speed (just a bit but it drains the battery faster) and the ability to switch the home page in both directions, ie. 1->3 without needing to go through 2 b swiping left, I guess it’s useful if you have several screens and want to move to the last one quickly.
