I am also facing the similar problem with my Galaxy II (GT-i9100). Though Notebook (Window 7-64 bit) and Galaxy II gets paired but Windows fail to recognize it. When I run the trouble shooter online and try to apply the fix, the message appears “Bluetooth Peripheral Device doesn’t have a driver” Not fixed. Neither Samsung has put any driver in its website to fix the problem. Will any body help me to fix the problem? Thanks!— please send me the remedy through my email-

basically the same instructions can be found (just much less explicitly described).

    One difference bothers me:

You propose to use for CSC the file:

The author of the mentioned side is aware of this file, but emhasizes to use this file instead:

What is the difference? What is correct?

      July 24, 2011 at 7:36 am

      1. make sure you’ve installed Kies (the official samsung galaxy software) on your PC. You won’t need to un Kies but it installed the drivers required by Odin

      2. Make sure you’re running a full-fledge Windows. Odin will not detect USB devices when ran from a virtual machine (like Parallels or Fusion on a Mac)

Thanks for including the driver file in the XXKG3 package! I have to reinstall this and restart the computer for this to work. Now I have the upbeat version on my S2.
