I have a question. I am not too involved with updating my phone past regular automatic updates. I currently have an old school LG p500, a lot has changed since i got this phone, was contemplating buying an Samsung S2 at a decent price but fell upon an even better option for me currently, the xperia play. (excellent price, brand new, and i dont need to go buy a seperate handheld gaming platform :D) BUT…. no updates.. & I Do Not Know the terminology for all of this “rooting” and updating. Wtf is going on loll its all foreign to me.. so i am asking for help.. my current phone is laggy. and i dont want the xperia play to be the same. Current phone runs 2.2.1… ya.. shitty. SO — when I get the Play, (itll be in my hands in a couple days) should i update it/root it/cyanogen vs 4.0 ??!? :S really dont know anything – plz help .. all assistance is appreciated.. – Thanks, still learning.
