Verizon HTC One M9 Gets Official Nougat Firmware Update

Taiwanese handset maker launched the HTC One M9 smartphone back in 2015, which was the successor of the HTC One M8 smartphone. Now, this smartphone is upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat on Verizon wireless carrier, which is the last model to receive Android 7.0 update on Verizon and has a build number of 4.49.605.11. Also, it provides the August 1 security patch level. Earlier, this device gets first Android 7.0 update on T-mobiles in March, and the Sprint has released in April Month, and then AT&T carrier has provided the update in May month.

This update has improved your mobile experience with the new battery-smart features and multitasking enhancements. Also, it can fix the bugs and includes the latest Android security updates. It has offered the multi-window view, which you want to open the multi-window just you touch & hold the recent tab button. It also provides to enable the data saver to restrict specific apps in the background and offers the quick multitasking when you open multiple applications. HTC company would release the updates very quickly compared to other brands.

Earlier this device got the Marshmallow update on the February 2016 and now gets the Nougat update. This update is rolling out in the Verizon, but few users have to wait to get this update for some reason on their device. For those users should check manually, their devices got the update or not.
