HTC Velocity 4G LTE in Germany

LTE network in Germany is almost ready with 2,000 base stations ready to power up 8.5 million subscribers. But as of now LTE will be just for higher data browsing and internet speed as the Circuit Switched Fallback CSFB is not yet implemented successfully with the 4G LTE base stations. So if you are ready to witness the higher download speed on your mobile phone then get ready to lose voice calls on your phone for limited period of time. According to Vodafone press release, HTC Velocity 4G will not be made available in all the Vodafone stores across Germany but it would be made available in areas where there is availability of LTE network. 4G LTE will be fully functional by end of March 2012 and expand its coverage further in the coming months.
