ZTE has recently launched a low-end selfie-centric smartphone in its Blade series called as ZTE Blade A813 in Russia priced at $128. The smartphone features 8MP selfie snapper with LED flash and is available for purchase online via JD.ru. Today, a new high-end smartphone from ZTE has been spotted on the GFXBench listing that reveals few essential information of the upcoming smartphone. The device comes with model number ZTE A2017 and looks like the future Axon series smartphone.
As per the GFXBench listing, the ZTE A2017 will come with a 5.5-inch (2560×1440 pixels) Quad-HD 2K display that will offer a pixel density of 534ppi. Under the hood, the device is expected to come powered by all-new Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor clocked at 2.1GHz clubbed with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone has 64GB of built-in storage, and there is no information about the inclusion of a microSD card slot for further expansion of memory. It is supposed to run on latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
On the camera section, the smartphone will come equipped with a 21MP rear camera with LED flash, 4K video recording and an 8MP front-facing camera for video chats and selfie lovers. It will support dual sim dual standby and includes standard connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth and microUSB port. Apart from this, no other information about the upcoming device is revealed. We can also expect the smartphone to come with the all-metal body, 3D Touch and a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
