ZTE N880E – First Chinese Phone with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS – Specs, Features
Earlier, this phone was named the first one in China to have the Android Jelly Bean OS, and the same now again hits the news for being the first phone to have the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The N880E is now available with the Android 4.2 OS, as the company claims, and this would be the first in the country with the latest OS version.
The only good thing about the phone which has already sold more than a million units in China, is the operating system version. Except that, nothing is really impressive in the N880E because it packs in just a 4-inch WVGA display, a 3MP camera and a single core processor at 1GHz. But you can buy that if you wanted a taste of the Android 4.2 ahead of others, keeping the specs of the device aside.
“ZTE will introduce more models on Android 4.2 in the future, and will continue to make improvements to equipment performance and stability, ensuring that our handsets meet with the high expectations of today’s consumers,” declared He Shiyou, ZTE’s Head of Terminal Division.
