The Mobile World Congress is fast approaching and it’s not just consumers who are waiting for it but manufacturers too are enthusiastic with this event. There are still more than 50 days to for the event and as expected the rumours comes around as what could be expected at MWC 2012 in Spain. The Samsung Galaxy S mobile phone is the best selling Android handset when it comes to Samsung and this has laid platform for Samsung to introduce Galaxy S II. Galaxy S II also has performed exceptional and there is no reason why Samsung shouldn’t launch successor to it.
The Samsung Galaxy S III rumors spreads out and it’s expected that this device will be launched at MWC 2012. The Galaxy S III phone will be the Samsung’s next generation flagship smartphone and we have sneak preview into its main specifications. There is no reason that it will come with dual core processor as quad core is expected to arrive in mid first quarter of 2012 with the competitors HTC going with HTC Edge and HTC Zeta. Moreover its heard that Samsung is testing quadra core processor as a part of its Exynos chipset.
Other things like Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is definitely a go because Samsung has already manufactured a phone running Android 4.0 i.e., Galaxy Nexus. Along with that the Super AMOLED Plus display with included with HD capabilities and it will be a 4G ready phone with LTE connectivity support. Expected that the Galaxy S III will have 12 mega pixel camera and include 2 GB of RAM.
The specifications and features of this device were leaked in December 2011. The following is the leaked picture of Samsung Galaxy S3 –
With those rumours not enough, we have news that Samsung is working on to include 3D added to it. So it’s not just 3D display but it might include 3D photos, 3D video recording and integration with 3D TVs. Ofcourse, Samsung will not make 3D available with Galaxy S III as it will take time to go with testing of it and so it will be introduced through a new variant by name Samsung Galaxy S 3D scheduled to be released in second quarter of 2012. So if 3D comes to Samsung then it will easily beat LG Optimus 3D and HTC Evo 3D phones of its competitors.
And finally, nothing is confirmed from Samsung about the Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy S 3D phone but we are sure that successor of Galaxy S III phone is in making and would be unveiled at MWC 2012.
