Recently, iBall launched the Slide Brace X1 Mini tablet priced at Rs. 12,999. The Slide Brace X1 Mini features 8-inch HD display, a quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front shooter and a 5200mAh battery. The tablet supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
The company launched the Andi Avonte 5 smartphone with a rotating camera back in June. Now, the iBall has launched a tablet called iBall Slide Avonte 7 that features a rotating camera priced at Rs. 10,999. The company in a press statement announced that Slide Avonte 7 is “India’s first tablet PC with a rotating camera,” and is already available in the Indian market.
Coming to its specifications, the iBall Slide Avonte 7 flaunts a 7-inch (1200 x 800pixels) HD IPS display and comes powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor coupled with Mali400 GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot for further expansion upto 32GB. The smartphone has dual sim dual standby support and comes with basic connectivity options like 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB port with OTG functionality.
The main USP of the tablet is the 13MP autofocus camera with LED flash that can be used as both rear camera and a front-facing camera for capturing perfect images. The device comes backed by a 2800mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. The tablet also comes with a multi-languages keyboard with read and writes support for 21 regional languages.
Recently, Lenovo launched Yoga Tab 3 in India sporting a rotating camera at Rs. 16,999. The Yoga Tab 3 features an 8-inch HD IPS display, Snapdragon 210 quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage, an 8MP autofocus rotating camera and a 6200mAh battery. The tablet supports 4G-LTE connectivity and also features the company’s own AnyPen technology that lets users use anything, from a pencil to a fork, as a stylus for the display.
