LeEco Le 2 with 5.5″ Full-HD Display & Helio X25 Deca-Core SoC Listed on GFXBench

LeEco (LeTV) has been in the rumor mills for a while now about the launch of LeEco Le 2 smartphone. The company has also scheduled a launch event on April 20 in Beijing where we can expect the LeEco Le 2 to be unveiled. The images of the upcoming smartphone were also earlier spotted online that gave us a glimpse of the design. Today, the LeEco Le 2 (X620) has popped up on the GFXBench listing that reveals the key specifications of the upcoming smartphone. We can also expect the higher variant of the LeEco Le 2 called as LeEco Le 2 Pro with better specifications to launch at the same event.

LeEco Le 2 GFXBench

As per the GFXBench listing, the LeEco Le 2 will come with a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) full-HD display with narrow bezels that offers a pixel density of 401ppi. The smartphone is expected to come powered by all-new MediaTek MT6797T Helio X25 deca-core SoC clocked at 2.0GHz clubbed with Mali-T880 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage and there is no information about the inclusion of microSD card slot for further expansion of memory. It supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based customized eUI overlaid.

On the camera section, the smartphone will sport a 16MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash, 4K video recording support and an 8MP front-facing camera for video chats and selfie lovers. Connectivity options on the device include 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C port. The Le 2 will sports premium design and will also include a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. At this time, we cannot confirm any of the details mentioned above and advise you take this with a proverbial pinch of salt. We will keep you updated once we have any official details.

Recently, the successor of the LeEco Le Max called as LeEco Le Max 2 (LE-X21) was spotted online on AnTuTu revealing few key details about the device. The Le Max 2 will flaunt a 2K resolution display and will come powered by Snapdragon 820 quad-core SoC. It has 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, 21MP rear camera, 8MP front shooter and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. The smartphone is also expected to feature Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for better security.
