Rooting for a cause, yes you heard it right. A bounty of $500 was raised of which $300 was donated to Red Cross Society and $200 went for the purchase of Motorola Droid 4 device. This all new initiative was taken by security researcher Dan Rosenberg who is indeed the developer of this rooting procedure. Now, the users of Droid 4 can literally be happy as there is no stopping between your phone and custom rom firmwares which we will be checking out in the due course of this article. We personally think that the developer should get more donations for developing this excellent tool which will help Droid 4 users to root their phones considering the fact that there will be many custom ROMs one can install after rooting.
