Procedure to Update Galaxy SII I9100G with ZCLP5 4.0.3 Firmware:
- Download the ICS ZCLP5 ICS 4.0.3 Firmware package & Odin from here to your computer. Extract the firmware package in your computer and open the Odin in your computer.
- Now, turn Off the device so that it can be entered in the Download mode.
- The download mode can be entered by holding down on Volume Down Key + OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button . Just in case if the device boots in the normal mode then you will have to again try the process of entering into the download mode.
- Now, connect your phone to the computer and select the files by clicking on the corresponding options as shown below.

- After selecting all the options mentioned above, you can now proceed to click on “Start” to start the process of firmware update. It will take around 5 – 6 minutes for applying this update. Once the update is applied successfully applied and once you see the home screen, you need to turn off the phone.
- Now, just in case if you face any issues like force close then you need to turn Off your device and enter the device in the recovery mode. With the help of below shown video, you can easily learn on how to enter your phone in the recovery mode.
- In recovery mode, select Wipe data/factory reset and also you need to select Wipe Cache partition and then reboot your device by selecting reboot system now with the help of Volume rocker keys. Once it’s done, you then will have to select the option of “reboot system now” for restarting the device.
Note: Just in case if you face any issues in the process of firmware update or if the process gets interrupted, you will then have to reapply the whole process of firmware update. Also, don’t forget to restore back the data which you have backed up so that you can easily use all the services like before your phone was in.
Congratulations, you are now on the latest ICS 4.0.3 ZCLP5 Firmware.
