So now you can start spreading about this application called Chat On which is basically a cross platform application to be in touch with all your friends.
Also, this comes at a time when users especially in India are facing issues like “100 SMS cap per day per subscriber”, this application which comes for free comes and without any limitations. Tutorial to Download and use Samsung Chat On:
- First up, you need to download this application from the below link. Once the Chat On application is downloaded and installed in your phone you just need to go to your Applications list and need to find for an application called “Chat On” and open the same.
- Alternatively you can also go to the “Samsung Apps” from your phone in which you need to search for application called “Chat on” after which you need to select the same to install.
- Now, as soon as you open the application you will get a prompt wherein you will have to enter the mobile number along with the Country details and the Name which you wish to have on your friend’s screen while chatting on “Chat on”.
- Now, once you enter all the details then you will have to wait for the “Verification Code” which you will be getting via SMS as shown in the below screen capture.
So, there you go, as soon as you enter in the Verification code, the Chat on service will be started. It will then scan your phonebook to just check whether there are any of your friends on the “Chat On” app so that the same will be listed over here.
Known Issue: Most of the users are unable to get the “Verification Code”. We just hope that this will soon be fixed by Samsung Electronics.
