With Beetel Magiq making it ways to among the Indian manufactured tablets priced at an affordable range, opened the corridors for cheap Android tablets. The Beetel Magiq 2 tablet followed soon and now the successor of Magiq 2 has arrived in the form of Magiq Glide and is the latest addition to Magiq range of tablets family.
Beetel, a subsidiaries of Bharti Airtel has launched the third Beetel tablet which will have a 7 inches WVGA display screen with 1 Ghz processor. Unlike the predecessor models and its competitors models, this will be with capacitive touchscreen display to enrich the touch experience. This will be a 3G + Wi-Fi tablet and users will be now clear to have both included in one tablet.
Beetel Magiq Glide is seems to be a slightly upgraded version of original Magiq. will be with dual camera, both with 2 mega pixel camera quality. The rear side camera can be used for pictures and video recording whereas the front facing camera is for video calls and video chat. This tablet comes with SIM card option and it has 8 GB of internal memory along with a microSD card slot. Through microSD card slot you can add up to 16 GB of additional memory apart from internal storage. It will be powered with rechargeable 2200 mAh battery which will be sufficient enough for 10 hours of normal day usage and 60 hours of standby time. The only disappointing, I find is the Android operating system version is 2.2 Froyo but good thing is Android version can be upgrade manually and I don’t think Indian tablet or mobile phone manufacturers will care for official update.
The Android Market is just click away for installation various applications and games on this tablet to enrich the entertainment at its best. Its priced at Rs 11,999 and so Magiq II is available at Rs 9,700. It will be out in market within a week for consumers and online stores have already made this tablet available for purchase with 3 to 5 days delivery time.
