How to Downgrade Sony Xperia RAY with Official Gingerbread 2.3 Firmware
Sony Ericsson Xperia RAY users can now easily apply the downgrade to the official Gingerbread 2.3 firmware which will help you to then get an official update for your country via the PC Companion tool. You can also downgrade to this Gingerbread just in case if you feel that ICS still has some bugs and is incompatible with some games and apps. - All the data like SMS, Contacts, Call log, APN, MMS Settings and other data present in your internal SD should be backed up so that just in case if the data gets erased or corrupted, the same can be restored with the help of below mentioned steps.
