Xperia S

The Sony Xperia S was announced in January 2012 and was released in February 2012.

It has 4.3 inch LED-backlit LCD capacitive multi touch screen with 16M colors. The display screen has resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with pixel density of 342 PPI.

It is powered with 1.5 GHz Dual-core processor platform which is coupled together with 1GB RAM. The Sony Xperia S runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System which can be upgradable to 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. It uses Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon Chipset and the Graphic support is given by Adreno 220 GPU.

The rear camera has 12MP sensor with photo resolution of 4000 x 3000 pixels. This camera includes 3D Sweep Panorama and image stabilization features and the front facing camera has 1.3MP sensor.

The Xperia S includes connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, EDGE, GPRS, NFC, Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth. This device packs Non removable powerful Li- Ion 1750mAh battery.
