      hi I faced the same problem. I got the first phone replaced and once the software update was done on the second phone things have fallen in place quite well.

      hold power button and volume button the same time and it will restart! happened to me as well

    • Jam

      To reset your phone, you hold both the power button and the volume up for few seconds. This worked for me.

    Hi there!!! yes, mine as well experiencing the fast draining battery!!! and i was so disappointed about it. maybe sony could fix this some kind of issues regarding the battery.

    • Yogesh Patel

      Quick battery drain is seriously disspointing. Thanks for update.

    I’m using Xperia S build number 6.0.A.3.62. from Singapore. wonder if .67 is available here.

    Also, is anyone facing fast draining of battery? I have removed almost all the preset widget on homescreen but it still drain like nobody’s business, on standby, I lost about 20% in less than 2 hours.

    I do have auto-sync enabled cos I need gmails to be sync so that I have latest emails. But I don’t think this would cause the fast draining. So anyone with this issue like mine?

    If I can get .67, I will post my updates here.

    Have a nice day to all.

    • Yogesh Patel

      Maybe auto-sync is the reason why you are losing battery quickly. And importantly batteries at maximum last for two years. So once your phone gets older batteries tends to dry out quicker.

        @Yogesh Patel,

        old? my phone is only 2 days old.
