If you are the owner of an Android one device, then here is the guide that you can follow on your phone to unlock the boot loader. By unlocking the boot loader, it’s possible to install custom ROMs on your device. If you unlock the boot loader, you may void the warranty of your device and any warranty from your operator. Also, a custom ROM might not work properly on your device, and certain functions and offerings may cease to work.

Steps to Unlock Boot loader on Android One Devices
Step 1 – Create a backup of all the data present in your device.
Step 2 – Install the latest driver for your Spice Dream Uno on your computer.
Step 3 – Download the One Click Boot loader Unlocking file on your computer.
Step 4 – Extract/Unzip Android_One_Bootloader_Unlocking_Script.zip file on your computer.
Step 5 – Turn on USB Debugging on your Spice Dream Uno. First enable developer options and then enable USB Debugging.
Step 6 – Connect your Spice Dream Uno to computer with a USB cable and if a pop-up screen shows up on Phone asking you to Allow USB debugging for the computer, make sure to tick the checkbox and tap Okay.
Step 7 – Now open the “Android_One_Bootloader_Unlocking_Script.zip” file downloaded in Step 3.
Step 8 – Now open the “android-one-bootloader-unlock.bat” script file inside the folder and execute it by double clicking on it.
Step 9 – Follow the instructions on the computer screen now, your phone’s bootloader will be successfully unlocked.
Step 10 – Your phone will now reboot, and you’ve successfully unlocked the bootloader.
