After installing the XXLA3 update, the wi fi signal strength has become worse. Earlier it used to hook onto and remain connected to wifi with router in the other room. However, after installing the update, it frequently disconnects and cannot find the wifi signal even when close to the router.Do I need to roll back to my previous version?

My official update offered through Kies on Mac failed during installation at 17% (just froze).

Can’t now connect (always “connecting”) to the Note.

Opened Windows through VMWare Fusion, loaded Odin, downloaded update files, but can’t load main file: receive Korean error message which I don’t understand.

Cannot use the phone, although I can get it into download node and it does connect through Odin as above.

    Can you help me?

I got an official offer to upgrade my Note software when synchronising through Kies (on Mac), but unfortunately it froze during the installation at about 17%, and did not move thereafter (I waited over an hour). So, of course, I had to disconnect it, but now it will not connect again (just says connecting). Emergency reloading as offered then of course won’t work.

I have a real problem as the unit is unusable.

I can get it to go into download main software update file that I have downloaded for the Note won’t load onto the Note. It gives me an error message in Korean that I can’t understand.

As I said, I can connect through Odin on the Windows side but not through Kies on the Mac side.

Is this a problem with the downloaded version of the main update?

Is there anyone who can advise me on this matter, please? I am totally stuck!

    Thanks in advance.
