Xolo One HD with 5″ HD Display, 5MP Selfie Shooter & Android 5.1 Lollipop Launched at Rs. 4,777

The domestic smartphone manufacturer, Xolo today launched a new entry-level smartphone in its One series called as Xolo One HD. The device comes with all the basic specifications required in a smartphone and is priced at Rs. 4,777. The Xolo One HD will be available for purchase online exclusively via Amazon while the registrations of the smartphone start in 3 days.

Regarding specifications, the Xolo One HD flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display offering a pixel density of 294ppi. Under the hood, it comes equipped with the MediaTek MT6580M quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali 400MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The device supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

On the photographic section, the smartphone sports an 8MP primary camera with LED flash and OmniVision BSI-2 sensor. On the front, it comes with a 5MP snapper with LED flash, 84-degree wide angle to capture perfect selfie images. It comes with 8GB of onboard storage that is further expandable using a microSD card slot upto 32GB. The device includes basic connectivity options like 2G/3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and a microUSB port.

The handset juices a 2300mAh battery that can easily last for an entire day on single charge. The dimensions of the device measure 143 x 72.6 x 9.5 mm and will be available in Black and White color variants. The Xolo one HD will have to face tough competition from the likes of other similar entry-level devices available at the same price range in the market.

Recently, Xolo launched a new variant of its popular Xolo Black with 3GB RAM priced at Rs. 11,999. The device is available for purchase exclusively via Snapdeal in flash sale starting Tuesday. The new Xolo Black features 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 615 octa-core SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, dual 13MP and 2MP rear camera, 5MP front snapper, 3200mAh battery and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based Hive UI out of the box.
