A bunch of costliest smartphones from Samsung had a bug due to which users were unable to toggle the mobile data, mobile hotspot and private hotspot options. While due to some unknown reason Samsung didn’t push an OTA update to fix this issue, company has released an app called “Quick Panel Restore” which fixes all the issues related to the same. While Samsung hasn’t mentioned about on why these went missing, but thanks to Samsung for a really quick fix.
This issue about quick settings is found on Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge devices. You can download the “Quick Panel Restore” app from the Galaxy App Store.
The moment you install the app and launch the same, you will be seeing an option called “Restore”. Just tap on this option to again tap on the option called “Uninstall” to fix this issue.
Once you perform the above mentioned step, you will see that all the toggle options are back in the device. If problem still persists, just reboot the device.
Do let us know in the comments section just in case if you face any issues in the process of getting the toggle button options in your Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6.
