Archos is a consumer electronics company from France. It is known for making a wide range of products like digital audio players, portable video players, netbooks, tablet computer etc. It has also launched few smart phones like the Archos 35 Carbon, Archos 50 Platinum and more. Now the company has unveiled a budget netbook that will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat Operating system.
The ArcBook features a 10.1 touch screen display with 1024 x 600 pixels and will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat Operating system. The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core ARM Cortec A9 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. The company claims that the device will last for 10 hours with its 8000 mAh battery given on the back.
The ArcBook has an 8 GB on internal storage and also has a USB 2.0 port on its left for connecting it to any of the external drives. The device also has a front facing camera for video calls and has a 3.5 mm audio jack. The microSD card reader will help you to transfer data and it will be coming pre-loaded with Office Suite Pro 6 by which you can create and edit the Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF files directly. The device also comes with 15 GB of free Google Drive cloud storage space and users can accesses to the Google Play Store to install apps.
