Asus PadFone Infinity Lite Android Phone + Dock Display with Snapdragon 600 Processor – Specs, Pricing

Last month during CES 2014 we saw the Asus PadFone Mini, smaller version of the PadFone Infinity product, and now we get to see a full-sized PadFone Infinity Lite with quad core Snapdragon 600 processor and will be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System.

The PadFone Infinity Lite comes with a 5 inch 1080p Full HD IPS touch screen display and is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM, at the back of the device there is a 13 MP camera, accompanied by a 2 MP camera on the front, for video calling. The On board memory of the device is 32 GB and has the connectivity’s of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There is a 2,400 mAh battery on the back to power the device and the dimensions are 143.5 × 72.8 × 8.9 mm, and it weighs 145 grams. More over the device will be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which has become age old with the KitKat OS coming up and hope fully it will be upgraded to the latest Android Operating System very soon.

Asus announced the PadFone Infinity Lite in Taiwan, where the device will be released in the month of  March this year for $463 (13,990 TWD) and you have to pay an extra of $230 (7,000 TWD) if you want to get the tablet dock also. For now we do not have the details about the global availability of this device and would like to see this globally very soon.
