The Miami-based smartphone manufacturer, Blu has been known for launching affordable handsets with impressive specifications. Today, the company has launched yet another affordable smartphone in its Life series called as BLU Life One X. The device is priced at $149, and the company is also offering a leather flip case and premium stereo headphones for free with the smartphone.
Coming to its specifications, the Life One X flaunts a 5.2-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD display offering a pixel density of 424ppi and 2.5D arc glass on top of it. The device comes powered by 64-bit MediaTek octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of internal storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion.
On the photographic section, the device sports a 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter for video calling and selfie lovers. Connectivity options on the dual sim capable smartphone include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB port 2.0. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with planned upgrade to Android Marshmallow in future.
