Procedure to Enable the NFC in Galaxy Note I717:
- Download the NFC Enable Script from here to your computer. Connect your phone to the computer to copy this script in your Note, ensure that you are not placing this file deep into your device.
- Reboot your phone in the recovery mode or in the Clock Work MOD recovery if it’s installed in your phone. The Galaxy Note I717 can be entered into recovery mode by holding the Volume Up button + the Home key button (the middle button). While holding these both buttons, you need to turn ON your device.
- In recovery mode, select Wipe data/factory reset and also you need to select Wipe Cache partition and then reboot your device by selecting reboot system now with the help of Volume rocker keys.
- Now all you need to do is to select the option of “install zip from sd card” or “choose zip from sd card” depending on the options and select the script zip file which you have placed in your phone.
- Once the process is completed, the device will again land up in the recovery mode screen. Now, in the recovery mode screen, select “reboot system now” for rebooting the phone.
