Samsung India has officially launched two new smart phones today which are branded under the #Mega Series and come in two different Size Variants. The first one being 5.8″ and the second with 6.3″ Screen Size. Quickly talking about the specs 5.8 has qHD display, 6.3 has HD LCD display and both has 8 Mp camera with 1080P Video Recording Capability.

Bigger is Better seems to be the latest vision of Samsung as in the fresh news, Samsung is all set to reveal one more smart device which will be dubbed as “Galaxy MEGA” and is pegged to come with a screen size of around 5.8 inches. With smartphones growing bigger and bigger, now it’s a big question on the sizing of tablet and smartphones. There was a time when a 4 incher was a smartphone and 7 inches was set for tablets, but now things have changed very dynamically and smart devices are now called as Phablets, which is an amalgamation of smartphones and tablets.
If we go as per the latest rumors, then Samsung will be launching this new Galaxy Mega with model number as GT – I9152 and will be boasting a screen size of 5.8 inches along with the Dual Sim capability. If this was not enough, there are also rumors doing the rounds that Samsung will be launching one more smart device which too will be called as Galaxy Mega but will be coming up with the 6.3 inches of screen size with the model number as GT I9200. There are no details about the S-Pen support but as in when it happens, we will be updating you with the same.
Availability Details:
Both the phones are expected to released / showcased in May 2013 / IFA Berlin which is due in Second half of 2013.
