Samsung had given the date of September 25th for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launch, and AT&T has been quick to start the pre-orders with the device being made available on the website for the price of $299 with the contract with the network carrier. The 5.7-inch smartphone (or phablet?) with the faux leather back, and the specifications which could easily call this one of the best in the market right now, was announced at the IFA Berlin and the AT&T customers can feel happy that the network has already put it up on their website.

The Galaxy Note 3 comes in Black and White colors, and you can either choose to have a 1-year contract, a 2-year contract or a Month to Month contract, where the prices are as follows:

  • 2-year contract: $299.99
  • 1-year contract: $549.99
  • Month to Month: $724.99

The new AT&T Next plan gives you an option to take the device in EMI plans, where you initially don’t need to give any down payment, and later on you can pay $35.00 per month as the Installment fee, and this would be for 20 months. Anytime if you cancel the wireless carrier service, the remaining balance on the device would become the due.

“Your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be shipped on October 1, 2013” is what gives an idea about the shipping date from AT&T although the availability date mentioned by Samsung was September 25th, but if the number of pre-order becomes huge, we can expect the shipping date to change and come a bit later.

The Galaxy Gear smartwatch which was announced at the same time, but the shipping of the Gear is set to be done a few weeks later, and that shouldn’t be a problem for many because the smartwatch would be initially compatible to work with the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition, thus there is no much expectation until the Note 3 is actually in the hands.

The Galaxy Note 3 packs in a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM and you get to see a 5.7-inch 1080p Full HD display, with a 13-megapixel camera on the rear side. The faux leather is something new that the users would love, and the Note 3 is coming with different back panels, in a total of nine colors.
