Honor to Launch its 8C Smartphone in Phantom Blue Colour Option on April 23

As we know the Honor 8C was introduced last year in the month of October in Platinum Gold, Magic Night Black, Nebula Purple, and Aurora Blue color options. Now the company has decided to bring another color in the market called the Phantom Blue. This new variant will be launched on 23rd of April and the information was shared from Honor’s official Weibo account. It will be available for 899 yuan and Global availability is not known as of now.

To recall, the Honor 8C sports a big 6.2-inch HD+ display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution which gives 19:9 aspect ratio. It comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box with the Honor’s EMUI 8.1 on top. To power the device there is an Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 SoC paired along with 4GB RAM and Adreno 506 Graphics. The handset measures 158.72 mm × 75.94 mm × 7.98 mm while weighs 167.2 grams.

Talking about the optics, there is a 13MP main camera sensor on the rear with f/1.8 aperture size along with LED flash accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor. For selfies, there is an 8MP camera which also has a LED flash. The onboard storage of the device is 32GB or 64GB which could be extended further with a microSD slot up to a maximum of 256GB. There is a 4000mAh battery on the handset which should be good enough to last a day on normal-heavy usage also.

On the rear, there is a fingerprint sensor for security and this supports dual 4G VoLTE connectivity along with other connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS and more.
