This firmware on your handset will upgrade your phone to Gingerbread 2.3 and it can be downloaded from the official site of Huawei with a file size of 192.33 Mb. This is an beta version update and its not recommended for everyone, so its recommended that wait for a while until we have the stable release coming up soon.
