ICICI one of the leading private bank in India has its official App for making banking easy through Mobile phones for its customers. iMobile is ICICI Bank on Android phones. ICICI iMobile lets users do a lot of things which were earlier possible only by going to the nearest branch of ICICI or in the Online ICICI website. iMobile lets you do the following things:

  • You can Transfer Funds
  • Pay Bills
  • You can transfer money to accounts in other banks as well using IMPS (Inter Bank Mobile Payment Service)
  • You can book Book Airline tickets, Train tickets Bus tickets, Movie Tickets

The iMobile app is a good way to save time and do transactions on your mobile but there have been many complains of Rs. 3 Balance being cut when ever someone is trying to login to the account through the iMobile App, to avoid this you need to make sure that your Mobile Data is ON and the iMobile App is able to access the mobile data. Some mobile handsets are not able to launch the application and error 404, http:// 500, internal server error and some similar errors are being seen by customers. The issue caused here is that while sending the SMS and receiving the automated response, the smartphone’s data network would be gone because of the SMS and thus the activation isn’t happening. For that, a suggestion to the users would be to connect to the Internet and app via Wi-Fi, rather than using the data network.
