Intex today launched a new affordable device Aqua Eco 3G and priced it at INR 2,400. This is an entry level smartphone and comes with 4-inch display. This is a 3G smartphone with dual SIM card support. Intex has headquarter in New Delhi and recently it has also announced Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 priced at INR 6,390. The Intex Aqua Eco 3G is listed on company’s website and available in stores to purchase.

Talking about the specification of the device in detail, it comes in three colours Black, White and Blue. It is 11.2mm thick and weighs at 118 gram. It has 4-inch display along with 480*800 pixel resolution. It supports 2 finger touch. The screen to body ratio of this smartphone is 57.83%. The display has a pixel density of 235ppi.
It runs of Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. It is powered by 1GHz dual-core MediaTek processor and has only 256MB RAM. It has 512MB internal storage out of which only 80MB is available for a user to download more apps. The memory can be expanded up to 32GB via an SD card. There is a Mali-400MP GPU as well.
Talking about the camera about the smartphone, interestingly both front and rear camera are 0.3-megapixel VGA but come with LED Flash. The rear VGA camera even comes with dual LED flash while the front has single LED flash. There is a 1400mAh Li-ion battery built in. According to the company, it can deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and 220 hours of standby time on GSM.
Talking about the connectivity features, it is a dual SIM smartphone and both slots support 3G. There is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth supports as well along with FM Radio, 3.5mm jack. Aqua Eco 3G comes with G-sensor, magnetic and proximity sensor. Smartphone also supports flip to mute feature
