Here, the user can choose to pre-load all the videos available whenever the Wi-Fi network is available, and you can play them later when you are connected to the Data network, so that here the data connectivity is not much used and thus the data costs are saved. The other video playing change that we get to see is that you can choose whether to play the videos with sound or without it.
The changes are quite noticeable because the 4.1 version update had brought the inclusion of video sharing, and also the support for recording of videos for the devices running Android 4.0 and later. The instagram app is being used by more than 130 million users, and most of them joined after Facebook took over it and prompted users to get the easy effects to the photos by using this app on their smartphone.
