Xiaomi had launched its flagship smartphone Mi4, in China, last year that was later launched in India this month. It sports a 5″ Full HD Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a JDI OGS full lamination display. The phone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz with a 330 Adreno GPU along with 3GB of RAM. The phone comes in two storage variants, i.e., 16GB and 64GB.

Steps to Install Google Play Store on Mi4
- Uninstall the previous version of play store on your phone, which you can do by accessing Settings > Installed apps > Select the earlier version and then tap on Uninstall.
- Download the “Google Installer.apk” here and copy it to the internal memory of your Device.
[Note – Make sure Installation from Unknown Sources is checked. Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and tick the box]

- Install the app.

- Open the application. There, you will find Google Play Store.

- Tap on Install. Now you will see a prompt as below.

- Tap on OK.On next screen, you will see following 4 apps. Install the all the 4 apps on your phone by clicking on install icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Once all the above 4 apps are installed, reboot the phone.
- Now back to the Google Installer app and install the Google Play Store.

- Now you have successfully installed Google Play Store. Open the app and login with your Google account start enjoying the Google apps on your Xiaomi Mi4 phone.
