Intex has added another Android smartphone in the Aqua series, as the Intex Aqua HD having a 4.7-inch HD display was just made available for buying, at a price of Rs. 15,900 in the Indian market. The device is available on some of the online retail stores like Infibeam, and the device has got a 4.7-inch HD capacitive touchscreen with the screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Internally the device is powered by a Quad-core processor clocking at 1.2 GHz speed, and it’s a MediaTek 6589 chipset. Camera wise, it’s totally similar in specs to the Lenovo Vibe 5, which has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front shooter. The auto-focus rear camera has got an LED flash.
The device runs on the Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS, and it’s some modified interface placed in it. The Aqua HD is a Dual SIM device with the GSM + WCDMA connectivity. The multitasking in the Aqua HD is supported by 1GB of RAM, and the internal storage provided is 4GB, of which only 923MB is available to the users. The storage can be expanded to 32GB with a MicroSD card, and the battery that is included in the device is 1800 mAh.
The Intex Aqua HD comes in two colors – White and Black, and the pricing at which it is selling, is Rs. 15,900. As of now, it’s available at Infibeam, but we can see this on the other online stores and the offline stores very soon.
