Intex Aqua i5 HD is the new Smart phone that has been launched by Intel and is included in its famous Aqua series. The Intex Aqua i5 HD is the successor to the Intex Aqua i5 that was released last year. The Intex Aqua i5 HD has a 5 inch display as it was in the case of its predecessor, but it has 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions instead of the 540 x 960 pixels resolutions. Sanjay Kumar, the Business head said that this device is made to meet the aspirations of the consumers at an affordable price.
The Intex Aqua i5 HD has a 5 inch HD touchscreen display that is based on One-glass solution (OGS) technology and will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Operating system out of the box. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. This device is a dual SIM variant with dual standby, supporting one WCDMA and one GSM SIM. There is a 2000 mAh battery at the back of the device to power it.
The Intex Aqua i5 HD has a 13 MP Auto Focus rear facing camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera for high quality video calls. The on-board memory of the device is at 4 GB that can be further extended up to 32 GB via microSD card. The connectivity option includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and GPS and has the normal 3.5mm audio jack with FM Radio. Apart from these, the device also has Light Sensor, Magnetic Sensor, Proximity Sensor and G Sensor.

The Intex Aqua i5 HD is priced at Rs. 9990 and will be available in White and Black colour options. Intex also plans to launch 8 more Smartphones in the Aqua series in the next quarter.
