Procedure to Jailbreak / Root Blackberry PLAY BOOK:
- First up you need to download Playbook Jail Breaking / Rooting Tool to your computer. After this you need to extract the same and install in your Windows based Admin rights laden computer with working USB 2.0 Ports.
- From the Extracted files, you need to open the file named as “Dingleberry” after which a new window will be opening up as shown in the below screen capture.
- Now, you need to click on “Continue” and then again on “Continue” after which you will now have to connect the Blackberry Playbook with the help of USB cable to the computer and enter the device password as shown on the screen and then click on the “Jailbreak” option in your computer screen to start the process of Jailbreak / Rooting. Please note that “Jail breaking” as well as “Rooting” are both at he same here.
After around 5 – 10 minutes the device may get restarted and there you go, the Blackberry Playbook now will be rebooted and the device has successfully got jail broken and rooted.
