Karbonn Smart Tab 8 Velox is here and all thanks to the aggression of Karbonn which is actually increasing the competition in affordable tablet computing space. This tablet not surprisingly comes with the latest Jellybean 4.1 firmware update out of the box. This tablet is priced at a very affordable price point and also comes with full of feature rich specs which we will anyways be discussing in the due course of this article. Just it was last week when we saw the launch of Karbonn SmartTab 10 cosmic which was a 10inched Android tablet and this 8 inched named as Velox is a sibling of the former tablet.
If you have a look at the affordable league of Android based tablets, then there are quite a few tablets which are still on the Gingerbread tablets but all thanks to the newer generation of tablets which are launched by Micromax, Karbonn etc. which are not only priced very affordably but also comes with high on features.

Karbonn SmartTab 8 Velox comes with the 8 inched capacitive touch screen which has a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels which is powered by a Dual Core Cortex A9 Processor which is clocked at 1.5GHz. Apart from this, it also has a 1GB RAM, 32GB of external micro SD Card support, 1.5 GB of internal memory. The list of specs doesn’t stop either as it also comes with a 3MP Rear camera, front facing VGA camera, Wi Fi, 3G USB Internet connectivity option and to support all of the above, it also comes with 4500 Mah battery which is good enough to keep the device alive for 6 hours of browsing / video playback time.
The 2 best parts of this device is that it not only comes with the Latest Jellybean 4.1 firmware out of the box but also comes with the capacitive touch screen unlike other tablets which comes with the crappy resistive touch.
