The domestic smartphone maker, Karbonn has recently launched a new low-end smartphone in its Titanium series called as Karbonn Titanium High Plus. The device comes with all the basic specifications required in a smartphone and is currently listed online priced at Rs. 5,499.
Regarding specifications, the Titanium High Plus comes with 5-inch (960×540 pixels) qHD IPS display offering a pixel density of 220ppi. Under the hood, it comes equipped with a Spreadtrum SC7731 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The device has 8GB of onboard storage and also includes a microSD card slot for expansion upto 32GB.
On the photographic section, the smartphone sports an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing for video calling and selfie images. The device supports dual sim dual standby and comes with standard connectivity options like 2G/3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and a microUSB port.
The handset comes backed by a 3000mAh battery that can easily last for an entire day on a single charge. The smartphone runs on older Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box and is available in Grey color variant. The Karbonn Titanium High Plus will have to face tough competition from the likes of Phicomm Energy 653 and Lenovo A2010 that not only comes with similar specifications but also offer 4G-LTE connectivity.
