Lava Iris 350 with 3.5 inch Display, Android 4.4.2 KitKat Launched at Rs. 3,499

Today, Lava has launched the Iris 350 budget smartphone in India. The phone has now been listed on the company’s site.

Lava Iris 350 comes with a 3.5-inch (320×480 pixels) HVGA TFT display. It is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. The smartphone bears 512MB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Lava Iris 350 runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It measures 113.45×60.5×12.4mm; weighs 110 grams and is listed in White colour.

On camera front, the Iris 350 sports a 2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Lava has provided various connectivity options in Lava Iris 350 including 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The smartphone packs a 1400mAh battery, which according to the official listing is rated to deliver up to 12 hours of talk time and up to 244 hours of standby time on 2G network.

Earlier this month, Lava had launched the Iris Alfa, priced at Rs. 6,550.The Android 4.4 KitKat-based Iris Alfa supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support. It features a 5-inch (480×854 pixels) IPS full lamination display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor that’s coupled with 1GB of RAM.

Lava Iris 350 has been priced at a price of Rs. 3,499. The official listing of the Lava Iris 350 note that the handset will soon be available in stores.
