The Lenovo A7600 and Lenovo A5500 Android tablets were approved at the FCC earlier, but nothing much about the specs is revealed about these unannounced tablets from Lenovo. Both the device has been approved in the china too. The Lenovo A5500 is going to feature an 8 inch capacitive IPS display with 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.
This 8 inch device is powered by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek processor with an 8 MP rear camera and a Dolby Mobile sound running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean as confirmed by recent GFXbench listing. With other specifications not given we cannot assume what this tablet will be but with 1.3 GHz MediaTek processer and 8 MP camera we expect this device to come in to the market competing against many high end tablets.
Coming to the Lenovo A7600 Android tablet, even this is appearing to have the same screen size as that of the Lenovo A5500, the higher model number suggests that it could be a higher model or more on the pixel resolution, but it’s just a guess and we could be wrong also.
The Lenovo A7600 and Lenovo A5500 models that were approved by the FCC are just Wi-Fi only but the devices that got certified in China have cellular 3G connectivity and also voice calls can be made. These tablets are going to be a look out for this year as per the specifications we got and expect to be coming in the Lenovo’s IdeaTab series and should be affordable, but again we could be wrong.
The pricing and availability of these devices are not known and we hardly got any specifications also, but expecting these device to be unveiled and announced later this year. We would be expecting many devices from Lenovo in the future. Are you waiting for these tablets to be unveiled? We will be informing you with more specifications of these devices as soon as we get updated, so stay with us for further information.
