Lenovo A805e is the latest Android Smart phone that has been unveiled by the company and is also included in it’s a series. This device was unveiled at the Tianyi Mobile Phone Trade Exhibition that was held at China. Lenovo is well known for making the Laptops and also made many Smartphones in the recent past but could get that reputation in the smart phone market till now as they wanted to. In the even the company also showcased the Lenovo S860 that came with 5.5 inch display. The Lenovo A805e will be the company’s first ever smartphone that will come with a Snapdragon 410 SoC.
Coming to the specifications of the device the Lenovo A805e will be sporting a 5.5 inch qHD display with 960 x 540 pixel resolutions and will run Android 4.3 Jelly bean Operating system out of the box. To power the device there is a Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) quad-core processor clocking at 1.2 GHz and it is coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 1 GB of RAM.
The on-board memory of the device is at 8 GB that can be further expandable with microSD card slot. The connectivity option of the device includes 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and NFC. There is an 8 MP camera on the rear with LED flash and it is accompanied with an unknown front facing camera. There is a 2500 mAh battery on the back of the device to power it.
The Lenovo A805e will boast leather like finish on its back that will be giving the device an elegant look and classy better grip to operate the phone with single hand. Even though these are decent enough specs, customers will be expecting the Android KitKat as even the entry level devices are coming with the latest operating system.
The Lenovo A805e along with the Lenovo S860e that has similar specifications except for the resolutions and the chip set used will be heading to China Unicom operator and the company has not mentioned anything on the pricing or the availability of it.
