Low-End LG K4 with 4G-LTE Support & Android 5.1 Lollipop Listed Online

The South Korean giant, LG unveiled the LG K7 and K10 smartphones in the all-new K-series at the CES 2016 event. Recently, the brand also announced it plans to launch the entire K-series of devices that also includes LG K4, K5, and K8. Today, the entry-level smartphone in the K-series called as LG K4 has been spotted on the LG’s Russia website. The low-end LG K4 will the most affordable device and is expected to be officially showcased in the MWC 2016 event.

As per the listing, the LG K4 features a 4.5-inch (854×480 pixels) FWVGA TFT display with InCell technology and offering a pixel density of 233ppi. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6735M 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU. The smartphone supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based LG’s customized UI out of the box.

On the photographic section, the device sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera for video chats and selfie images. The smartphone also comes with innovative features like LG’s gesture shot and knock code for easy access. Connectivity options on the 4G-LTE enabled device include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 port.

It comes with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage and also further expandable to 32GB via microSD card slot. The handset packs a 1940mAh battery that is rated to last for an entire day on single charge. The dimensions of the smartphone measure 131.9 x 66.7 x 8.9 mm weighs around 120 grams and will come in Indigo Blue and White color options. The LG Tribute 5 comes with a beautiful glossy pebble design and like other LG devices features power and volume rockers placed on the rear side below camera module. The smartphone features 5-inch FWVGA display, Snapdragon 210 quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 4G-LTE connectivity and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
