The Korea-based LG Electronics has recently announced two new smartphones in its new K-series called as LG K7 and LG K10. Now, the company has officially confirmed that the K7 will be launched in the US via Boost Mobile and will be renamed as LG Tribute 5. The new K-series smartphones feature glossy pebble design and will come with more focus on advanced camera technology.
The LG K7 (LG Tribute 5) will come in two different variants, i.e., K7 LTE and K7 3G. The smartphone features 5-inch (854×480 pixels) FWVGA display with 196ppi as pixel density. The device comes powered by a quad-core processor coupled with 1GB/1.5GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB of internal storage and microSD card support for further expansion. On the camera front, the device sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for video calling and selfie lovers.
The device supports dual sim dual standby and comes with standard connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB port. The handset comes backed by a 2125mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based LG’s Custom UI out of the box. The dimensions of the device measure 143.6 x 72.5 x 9.05 mm weighs around 147 grams and will come in Black, White, Gold and Titan color variants. The company is yet to reveal the pricing and availability details of LG Tribute 5 in the US market. Stay tuned for more updates in coming days!

The smartphone features 5.3-inch HD IPS display, quad-core/octa-core processor, 1GB/1.5GB/2GB of RAM, 8/16GB of internal storage, 13MP/8MP rear-facing shooter, 8MP front shooter, 2300mAh battery and runs don Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
