Moto 360 (2015) is here and this new edition is as expected way better than 1st Generation of Moto 360 Android Wear. With same circular form factor, Motorola has announced not just one but four new Moto 360 watches today which are 46mm Moto 360, 42mm Mens Moto 360, 42mm Womens Moto 360, and a rubberized Moto 360 Sport. Hmm.. seems like Motorola has taken some cues from Apple here. This new Moto 360 comes with the lugs outside instead of the internal strap connector providing shell kind of style for the dial.
Screen used in this Moto 360 is the same which was used in the 1st generation of Moto 360 but comes with the auto-brightness feature. With Gorilla Glass 3 display cover, Motorola has replaced its own processor with 1.2Ghz Snapdragon 400 processor which should be more efficient and also has 512MB RAM along with 4GB of internal storage. Along with 400Mah of battery life in 46mm variant and 300Mah of battery in the smaller non-sport edition, Motorola promises that this watch will be all awake all day long.
The best part of this Moto 360 edition is the Moto maker, yes it’s all here and it allows you to customize your watch your way as it allows one to customize the bezel design, strap size along with the casing as well. This new Moto 360 is available in Motorola Store as well as in Google Store for Pre-Order except for Moto 360 Sport which will be available later this year. Price ranges from $299 to $429 and is also available in-store at Verizon Wireless, BestBuy & Nordstrom starting later September 2015.
