Motorola has announced its Android One Smartphone in Brazil called Motorola One Vision. The handset has been in the leaks from a few weeks now and even the press renders along with the complete specs list of the handset leaked last week. The device is priced at BRL 1,999 (approx USD 500) in Brazil but there isn’t any information on the global pricing or the global pricing, which should be known soon.
The device comes with a curved glass body and is equipped with a 6.3-inch (1080×2520 pixels) Full HD+ LCD with 21:9 aspect ratio called a CinemaVision display. Under the hood, the device is powered with a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 9609 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The device comes with 128GB of onboard storage which can be extended further up to a maximum of 512GB via microSD card. Since the phone features a hybrid Dual SIM slot only either of secondary SIM card or a microSD card can be used.
The device comes out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system and is also a part of Android One. There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear along with the facial unlocking system. Furthermore, the handset has a punch hole display that houses the selfie camera placed on the top left corner. There is a 3,500mAh non-removable battery which supports TurboPower fast charging technology os 15W. The device measures 160.1 x 71.2 x 8.7 mm and weighs 181 grams.
Talking about the optics, there is a 48MP main camera sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP night vision sensor with f/2.2 aperture which comes with the support for OIS and is capable of recording 4K videos at 30 fps. For selfies, the company has included a 25MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.
