OnePlus 7 Pro Announced with 6.67” 2k Display & 16MP Pop-up Camera

OnePlus has announced its flagship device called OnePlus 7 Pro as it promised earlier. The device along with its sibling OnePlus 7 has been in the leaks from many days now and today the company has raised the curtains of both the handsets. The OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a full-screen display without any kind of notch as the handset comes with a pop-up selfie camera making it the first device from the company to get the pop-up camera.

Talking about the screen of this device, the OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch full Fluid AMOLED display with QHD+ resolutions giving refresh rates up to 90Hz. The device is also claimed to be smooth and bright with a pixel density of 516 ppi which will be providing immersive gameplay or video playback in ultra-high resolution. It is also said to be representing smoother animations while scrolling and while opening other apps.

The flagship device comes equipped with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with an aperture of f/1.6. Accompanying it, the device also has a 16MP ultra wide angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 117-degree field of view and there is an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.2 aperture. The selfie camera features a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor with f/2.0 aperture. To power the device there is a 4000mAh battery that comes with OnePlus’ Warp Charge, the 30W Fast Charging support.

The main camera sensor on the device is capable of recording 4K recording at 30/60fps and super slow motion recording of up to 1080p at 240fps and also supports multi autofocus also. It also provides 3x lossless zoom. The front camera of the OnePlus 7 Pro has EIS support with should solve the shaky selfie problems. The device is boosted by a 7nm Snapdragon 855 SoC with eight cores and a clocking speed of 2.84Ghz coupled with Adreno 640 GPU.

The device will be available for Rs. 48,999 for the base 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant whole the 8GB RAM and 12GB RAM variants with 256GB storage are priced at Rs. 52,999 and Rs. 57,999 respectively in India. It will be available in Mirror Grey, Nebula Blue and Almond colour options and should first two colour options will be available form May 17th and May 28th respectively while the Almond variant be available next month.
