HTC’s Plastic One M9+ Variant gets Certified by TENAA

HTC launched the new flagship device One M9 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. From then HTC had also announced two other variants One M9+ and One E9+, which features a 5.2-inch QuadHD (2560×1440) display, 2.2GHz Mediatek octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Both the devices shares same camera as on One M9, 20.7MP rear camera with LED flash and 4MP Ultra Pixel front-facing camera.

Today, a new variant of One M9+ got certified on TENNA as ‘One M9e’, the specs look same as of One M9+ but without a Duo camera and the new device is built out of plastic. It has the same 5.2-inch QuadHD display with same processor and RAM as on One M9+.Other features include a 32GB of internal storage with microSD card slot (up to 128GB), fingerprint scanner and Boom sound speakers. The device is available in the colours Grey, Gold and White. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based HTC Sense 7.0 UI. The One M9e weighs 155 grams and measures 150.9 x 71.9 x 9.7 (mm).

We don’t have any information on the pricing and availability of the device, but can expect it to be priced cheaper than the One E9+.
